Major Update - Added Settings and Help / bug fixes

The game got a Marjor Update,

Welcome back as Hermes Infinite! Make sure to check the video out!

1. Added Settings
> Now you can play on older machines! <

3. Fixed Flamethrower Bug
> Now it doesn't kill you from underneath! <

4. Easter Egg is easier to trigger
> Now it should be easier to trigger it... to catch it is a different story :) <

5. Bugfixes

- Total Full Speed Run Timer works fine now
- Character Selection works fine now
- Help button now really provides any help

6. Changes

- Added info for 1st time Players to setup a name before they can start
- Changed name of the Game to Hermes Infinite
- Updated Menu with Settings menu
